The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the bel110 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bel110 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bel110 or any linked responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity under applicable Indonesian law to enter into binding agreements.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the bel110 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at bel110's discretion, and any balances or bonuses associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

bel110 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, or where fraudulent intent is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. bel110 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out through your Account prior to reporting a security breach is your sole responsibility.

bel110 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. KYC verification is required:

• Before the processing of a Player's first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds;
• At any point where bel110 has reasonable grounds to verify account ownership or the source of funds.

Accepted KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and issued by a competent Indonesian authority.

Withdrawal requests will be held in pending status until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bel110 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that arises from a Player's failure to provide adequate documentation in a timely manner.

All deposits to your bel110 Account are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bel110 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be matched to the registered account holder and to hold associated funds pending verification.

bel110 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bel110 accepts no responsibility.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests are processed during platform operating hours (24/7, WIB).

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for VIP-tier accounts — contact support)
• Processing time: The majority of withdrawals are completed within 10 minutes. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to AML policy requirements.

bel110 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility. bel110 is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution's own processing timelines.

bel110 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, ongoing account investigation, or where a chargeback dispute has been initiated by the Player through their bank or payment provider.

bel110 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum 30× wagering requirement applied to the sum of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must generally be fulfilled on slots and togel games. Live casino, sports betting, and sabung ayam markets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) or not at all toward bonus wagering. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new one can be activated.
• Geographic Eligibility: All bonus offers are available exclusively to Players who are residents of Indonesia.
• Abuse Policy: bel110 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic play designed to exploit promotional terms, and multi-accounting. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the voiding of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the bel110 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, togel, or sabung ayam. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bel110 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets, except where the relevant product rules explicitly permit it (e.g., certain sportsbook cash-out scenarios).
• Minimum bet: Rp 1.000 across all products. Maximum bet limits vary by product, market, and account tier. Pre-match and live football markets including voor bola (handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) have their own published maximum stake limits displayed at the time of bet placement.
• bel110 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, provided the Player reasonably should have been aware of the error at the time of placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, event, or draw, bel110's determination — based on official data feeds and game logs — shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 11.
• For live-event betting, bets will be settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event. In the event of event abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bel110 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of games or share information for mutual betting advantage.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your Account and used for wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, or residency status at registration or during any KYC process.

bel110 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will provide account information and transaction records upon receipt of a lawful request.

All content on the bel110 Platform — including but not limited to the bel110 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content licensed from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of bel110 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bel110.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bel110 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected under the provisions of Clause 8;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by third-party data feeds, tipsters, or predictions displayed on or linked from the Platform.

bel110's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, or bonus calculations must be submitted to bel110 customer support via live chat within 30 days of the disputed event. bel110 will acknowledge disputes within 24 hours and provide a final determination within 7 business days. bel110's decision on betting disputes is final and binding.

bel110 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement. bel110 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform lawfully.

bel110 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players on the Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may lose. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for continuous play sessions. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.

When material changes are made, bel110 will notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms in force at the time a transaction is made governs that transaction. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated".

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

bel110 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that the Platform's licensing and regulatory framework is international in nature and that recourse to Indonesian domestic gaming regulations does not apply to your use of the Platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bel110's internal dispute resolution process (as set out in Clause 11) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
